Non-administrative users can now be assigned a ring-fenced secure files folder. Users given access to the Secure File Upload page can add their own files to the secure file storage area, but can’t see or manage files outside of their own folder.
When a secure file is uploaded, optionally the user can be given access to the security settings for the file, so they can specify who can download the file. If this is not desired, the security settings can be reserved for administrators only.
